Retired NRL legend Cooper Cronk and wife, Fox Sports presenter Tara Rushton, have sold their home on Sydney’s lower north shore a week out from auction, reportedly for about $5 million.
The classic Mosman character home was due to go to auction on July 17, through Stefon Bertram and Tim Foote, of Belle Property Mosman, but the sold sign went up late today.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, located close to Balmoral Beach, Clifton Gardens Reserve and Taronga Zoo, had a price guide of $4.7 million to $5.1 million.
Mr Bertram would not make any comment on the sale, the identity of the buyer, or the price.
However industry sources revealed the home had sold to a local family at the upper end of the price guide.
