The Dover Heights home of Real Housewives star Krissy Marsh failed to find a buyer with its $8m guide in 2017 — it’s sold for considerably more this week.
Krissy and her property developer husband, John Marsh, listed the six-bedroom home at 35 Military Rd for September 1 auction following their upgrade to DoubleBay.
Agents Alex Lyons of Raine and Horne Double Bay and Elliott Placks had interest in the $10.5m to $11m range.
With three buyers keen, the guide was lifted to $11m to $12m and it sold on Monday to an eastern suburbs family.
The pool was just one of the many attractions at 35 Military Rd, Dover Heights.
Ocean views and a city panorama.
The Wentworth Courier revealed exclusively on June 3 that they’d bought the long-held family home of former Magellan executive chairman Hamish Douglass and jewellery designer Sybella Morris in Double Bay’s Pinehill Ave.

The residence is yet to settle, though a caveat on the title confirms their purchase which is believed to be in the $25m to $30m range.
That also has six bedrooms but is on a larger 2300sqm block with a pool.
Multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.
The property failed to sell with an $8m guide in 2017.
