The individual who acquired Roxy Jacenko‘s lavish $15.8 million residence in Sydney’s upscale Vaucluse area has been disclosed.
Roxy Jacenko, a 43-year-old PR expert, and her spouse Oliver Curtis, aged 37 and a businessman, recently uprooted their life in Australia to settle in Singapore alongside their children, Pixie (12) and Hunter (nine).
Domain’s report indicates that the buyer of their family abode is Zhang Wen, a Chinese businesswoman. Zhang serves as the director of Goubuli Group, a well-established food brand originating from the northern city of Tianjin, China. Additionally, she is the daughter of the company’s chairman, Zhang Yansen.

Goubuli Group, also recognized as Go Believe, has been gradually entering the Australian market for more than ten years, collaborating with local brands, including the Gloria Jeans Coffees franchise. Zhang invested $15.8 million in Roxy’s five-bedroom mansion in May, just under two weeks before its scheduled auction. This transaction exceeded the property’s initial price guide of $14 million by nearly $2 million.
Roxy expressed her excitement, stating, “I’m thrilled—I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome. Transforming a property from $6.6 million to $16 million in just four years is truly incredible!” She shared this sentiment with News Corp at the time of the sale.

Since relocating to Singapore earlier this month, Roxy has secured a residence at the prestigious Ardmore Residence. Reportedly, she has acquired a lavish four-bedroom apartment with an estimated monthly rent of approximately $45,000.
While awaiting the readiness of their new apartment, Roxy and her family are presently residing at Capella Singapore.
