Nestled in the prestigious Hunters Hill neighborhood, a mere 8 kilometers from the CBD, the couple acquired the property for a staggering $4.75 million in March of last year. The property’s makeover encompassed a fresh interior scheme, meticulously executed under the watchful eye of interior designer Evalyn Nicolas from Design Studio 407. Notable improvements included the replacement of dated floor tiles with exquisite Italian timber parquet in all living areas, alongside the addition of chic new furnishings. The oversized kitchen now boasts Calacatta Cremo marble and a breakfast island.

Among the novel features is a designated ‘wing’ of the house, which Zoe has embraced as her personal sanctuary. Zoe, aged 37, and host of The Deep podcast, unveiled her private retreat, akin in size to her initial studio apartment. It encompasses a podcast studio and a lavish bedroom, accompanied by a private en suite featuring a freestanding fluted bath and Antique Gold-finished hanging lights. Meanwhile, Benji has his own opulent ‘man cave,’ a gym, and a private en suite.

Their children, five-year-old son Benjamin Fox and two-year-old daughter Ever, were also pampered with new bedrooms and a bathroom. The property’s highlights extend to a home cinema and meticulously landscaped gardens.
Benji, formerly associated with the South Sydney Rabbitohs, formally retired from rugby league in October 2021.
