This opulent property boasts a Georgian-style dwelling with scenic views of Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Spanning 1.8 hectares, it includes top-notch amenities such as a world-class equestrian facility, an in-ground trampoline, a custom American-style barn, a wine cellar, 13-car garaging, a pool, cabana, tennis court, and a kitchen garden with a chicken coop. Despite the absence of cricket nets, there is ample space for potential additions suitable for Healy, a renowned batter and wicketkeeper in the Australian women’s team, and Starc, a celebrated pace bowler in the Australian men’s team.

Constructed by the architectural design and construction firm Cadence and Co, Charlotte Park is situated on a rolling hillside offering panoramic views of a vast native forest and the lights of Sydney. The setting is likened to the landscape of Napa Valley in California.

The couple, married since 2016, has signaled their interest in Charlotte Park through a caveat on the estate. Agent Shayne Hutton of Sydney Country Living has refrained from commenting on the sale, but sources suggest that the price is in close proximity to the $25 million asking price.

The current residence of Healy and Starc, located on Pitt Road, North Curl Curl in Sydney’s northern beaches, is scheduled for auction on November 25, with a price guide of $9 million. The couple acquired this property in 2016 for $5.235 million from former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins and her builder husband Jake Wall.
