Situated in the ANZAC Memorial Hall, a local landmark erected in 1922 to honor World War I soldiers, the office project underscores BresicWhitney’s commitment to respecting the historical significance of the building. To achieve this, they have collaborated with the local Sydney architecture firm, Those Architects, known for their focus on designing structures that foster connections between people and their surroundings. Ben Mitchell, co-founder of Those Architects and a resident of Mosman, will play a key role in the design process.

Thomas McGlynn, CEO of BresicWhitney, expressed deep reverence for the historic ANZAC Memorial Hall and acknowledged the responsibility and opportunity to contribute to its legacy. He emphasized the company’s dedication to both the physical and symbolic aspects of the project.

The approach to the lower north shore office aligns with BresicWhitney’s established commitment to creating inspiring spaces for their team and clients. The brand, renowned for its bespoke architectural designs reflecting local communities, has four existing offices in inner Sydney, reshaping expectations in the real estate industry.

Mr. McGlynn sees the Mosman expansion as an exciting step towards realizing their vision of becoming Sydney’s leading property group. The lower north shore team’s recent transactions, exceeding $30 million in North Shore property, demonstrate their commitment to key lifestyle markets in Sydney.

Perth real estate agents abandon the industry

With optimism for the future, BresicWhitney looks forward to the opening of their Mosman office in 2024, anticipating further growth and expansion for the lower north shore team in the years to come.
