- If the well-heeled people of the eastern suburbs thought they had seen the last of notorious property developer Nati Stoliar after he was sent to jail two years ago, they were proved wrong this week.
As a family friend of the Stoliars confirmed this week, the man known for owning and building some of Sydney’s most expensive homes is back, living in Rose Bay and behind the wheel of a BMW 6 Series.
