- MELBURNIANS are sacrificing closeness to the city to snap up big family houses in the city’s more affordable middle and outer rings.
This trend is reflected in new Real Estate of Victoria figures, which reveal four-bedroom houses in middle Melbourne outpaced all other property types and regions for median house price growth in the June quarter.
