A QUIET Sydney couple are behind the secret hideaway estate in exclusive Rose Bay which looks set to topple Australia’s most expensive house record of $71m.
Hidden behind trees and straddling five land titles with a frontage on Rose Bay beach, the 4000 square metre property belongs to Adrienne Dan, Fairfax reports.
Ms Dan is the wife of eminent Sydney neurosurgeon Professor Noel Dan AM, who pioneered techniques for anterior skull base surgery.
