A survey by mortgage broker, Morgage Choice, revealed investors are keen to grow their portfolios over the next 12 months, but rising property values have them worried.
Mortgage Choice CEO, John Flavell, said he was surprised to discover one in four investors were concerned about rising property prices.
“This would suggest property investors are constantly looking to expand their portfolio of assets and, as such, don’t want property to become so expensive that it is out of reach,” Mr Flavell said.
