BRISBANE richlister Sarina Russo is not just a jobs guru, with latest rental listings showing just one of her commercial office spaces earns over $8,000 a month for her.
The prolific property investor has over the years put money down on commercial ventures including a Capalaba building she named Sarina Russo Square.
A 262sq m office tenancy on the ground floor was listed as grossing just over $8100 a month, which included three exclusive car parks.
