A THREE-STOREY home, on the same street as a $14 million mansion owned by Gina Rinehart, has sold under the hammer in Brisbane.
The five-bedroom property with pool and rooftop terrace at 33 Aaron Ave, Hawthorne sold for $2.12 million on Saturday.
The auction attracted three registered bidders and about 30 spectators.
