THE Elsternwick houses transformed on the current season of The Block have officially hit the market with multimillion-dollar price tags.
The five Regent St pads are all being marketed with a price guide of $2.4-$2.64 million and an October 28 auction date.
The Block regular and Advantage Property Consulting director Frank Valentic said he expected the four- and five-bedroom houses to sell in the mid- to high-$2 million range — but “if they hit $3 million, it wouldn’t be something you’d consider to be a crazy result”.
