CHLOE Esposito, the modern pentathlon gold medallist at the Rio Olympic Games, has settled on her first home with fiance Matt Cooper.
The “rentvesting” couple have paid $587,000 for an investment at Wattle Ponds, near Singleton in the Hunter Valley.
They bought a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with three-car garage, built in 2010. It is leased to Defence Housing Australia.
