FORMER Miss Universe Jen Hawkins has found a pre-auction buyer for her Merewether investment, the first property she ever bought.
Hawkins bought the home for $469,000 in 2006, the year before she signed a deal with Myer worth $4 million.
The home initially went up for sale with a $790,000 to $860,000 price guidance, which was more recently amended in its marketing to $750,000.
