AUSTRALIAN cricket legend Glenn McGrath is selling an investment apartment at Wentworth Point in Sydney’s riverfront western suburb.
The right-arm seamer, who in recent years has become a carbon farmer, paid $545,000 for the 110sqm, two-bedroom unit in 2009.
The apartment in the Palermo complex was just two years old when McGrath bought it from the developer Payce Properties.
