The prized waterfront home of late property developer Marshall Brentnall sold for a sky-high price as several bidders battled to secure the keys to the property decked out with luxury features.
The luxury inner west waterfront residence of the late property developer Marshall Brentnall has sold in a firecracker auction.
The St Georges Cres home in Drummoyne was snapped up by a couple from Hunters Hill who edged out strong competition from six other bidders to pay $4.19 million.
It was one of the strongest sales recorded in the inner west suburb this year and was well above the $3.9 million-$4.1 million guide.
