Shell Bay Club, which officially opened its doors on Tuesday, boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a world-class golf course designed by Greg Norman, stretching over 7,254 yards with no tee-time restrictions. The facility also features a top-tier caddie program. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, the club’s 20,000-square-foot clubhouse is complemented by a 12-acre practice area and a nine-hole par 3 course.
Greg Norman himself described the Shell Bay course as a “unique, pure golf experience” with perfectly maintained fairways, Sandbelt-style bunkers, and challenging contoured greens that put every club in your bag to the test. It’s designed to be a place where golf enthusiasts can completely immerse themselves in the game.

Soon, a collection of condominium and penthouse units managed by Auberge Resorts, known as the Residences at Shell Bay, will be available on the property. The starting price for condos is $3 million, while penthouses begin at $11 million.
