Buyers have a rare chance at creating a DIY penthouse in one of McMahons Point’s most recognisable buildings.
Apartments 143 and 144 in Blues Point Tower at 14 Blues Point Rd are on the market and will set buyers back $4.8 million — $5.2 million for the both of them.
McGrath Edgecliff’s Craig Donohue said while the apartments could be sold separately, interest so far has come from buyers hoping to snap them both up.
