The Block’s Elyse Knowles is already making her next real estate move, just three weeks after winning the TV renovation show.
On Saturday the Melbourne home of the model and her carpenter boyfriend Josh Barker will go under the hammer, with the pair hoping for an auction result as successful as their last.
The property, which was purchased in 2014 for $600,000, has a price guide of $1.35 million to $1.45 million.
