An influencer and OnlyFans model from the Eastern Suburbs, Paris Ow-Yang, who faced allegations of a high-range drink driving incident involving a collision with a parked van, has led her family to put their Southern Highlands retreat on the market for $12 million.

Paris Ow-Yang, aged 18, was recently charged with high-range drink driving after law enforcement claimed she exceeded the legal alcohol limit when she crashed into a Mercedes people mover on one of Sydney’s most exclusive streets, Wolseley Rd in Point Piper, just last week. She is scheduled to appear at the Downing Centre Local Court on November 10, according to reports.
According to The Daily Telegraph, she was apprehended and taken to Waverley Police Station after the incident on October 18. Paris’s parents, Dr. Michael Ow-Yang, a neurospine specialist, and his wife Amanda, have decided to list their substantial Bowral weekend home. There is no indication that the two events are connected.
The influencer is well known across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
The family is selling the impressive property known as Chateau Blondel, despite owning it for less than two years. Sales records reveal that they acquired it in November 2021. The Bowral estate covers 14.5 acres and features an expansive 18th-century-style mansion. Resembling a chateau in the French countryside, the house boasts a dozen chandeliers, French doors with granite and marble flooring, and offers views of neighboring vineyards.

Before the Ow-Yang family’s purchase, the property changed hands for $3.5 million in 2014. The home encompasses four oversized bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious indoor pool with European-style tiling around the exterior, and includes a cellar and cloakroom.
Guests and residents arrive at the estate by passing through 300-year-old cast-iron carriage gates and a tree-lined driveway, offering complete privacy and countryside tranquility. The property is now available for expressions of interest through Highland Southern Highland real estate.

Paris Ow-Yang gained media attention in August following reports of a tumultuous relationship with the 44-year-old playboy Julian Tobias, which eventually soured. The couple made their relationship official when Ow-Yang turned 18 and frequently shared images of their overseas holidays on the social media platform Instagram. Suggesting the end of their relationship, Ow-Yang posted a provocative image on Instagram with the caption “I loved you.”
