The founders of Evolve electric skateboards have listed their residence on the Tweed Coast for sale, with aspirations of achieving a groundbreaking selling price. Jeff and Fleur Anning, who initially sold their first property to raise $60,000 for their skateboard venture in 2012, are now seeking $15 million for their Cabarita Beach home.
Their real estate agent, Kim Jones, enthusiastically describes the property, emphasizing its incredible features and prime location on one of Australia’s best surf breaks. If the property sells at the asking price, it will surpass the recently established Tweed Coast record set by a Kingscliff residence just last week, which transacted for $9.45 million and caught the attention of retired tennis star Ash Barty.
The Annings, who achieved an impressive $1 million in skateboard sales on the inaugural day of their product launch, acquired the Cabarita Beach property in 2019. Subsequently, they erected a remarkable three-storey residence named Caba Hill Beach House on the 718-square-meter plot.

The residence comprises four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a spacious four-car garage.
Positioned on one of the two exclusive residential sites on Cabarita Hill, the property provides direct beach access. Nestled away from the street and surrounded by protected rainforest to the south, the ground floor features open-plan living and dining areas that seamlessly connect to covered patios through full-length glass doors. An oceanfront swimming pool graces the central courtyard, adding a distinctive feature to the property.
The upper floor hosts the master suite, providing cinematic ocean panoramas overlooking Cudgen Reserve to Kingscliff. Additionally, there is an extraordinary rooftop entertainment level and a meticulously landscaped rooftop garden featuring a fire pit.
