Sunlovers will adore the rare northerly view from this Maroubra oceanfront home owned by a former Coca Cola executive director and childcare king.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom three-level home with double garage on the clifftop at 1 Lurline Street is up for sale with a $9m to $9.8m price guide via Ballard Property’s James Ball and Clint Ballard.
Owners Mark Clark, an exec at Coca Cola between 1989 and 2008 and now Guardian Early Learning Centre Group chairman, and wife Annette Clark, an “exercise junkie”, had fallen in love with the Lurline Bay location in 1998 when “no one had heard of it”.
