GWS Giants star Toby Greene is selling his Drummoyne residence, a decision coinciding with the anticipation of his first child with partner Georgia Stirton. The couple gained attention at the September Brownlow Awards, with Stirton showcasing her baby bump on the red carpet.
Having acquired the two-bedroom Federation semi for $1.84 million three years ago, Greene made the purchase shortly after securing a six-year extension with the Western Sydney club. The Thompson St home, dating back a century and located near the Bay Run, is now on the market with a $1.9 million guide for its November 18 auction through Cobden & Hayson agents Mia Fredrix and Matthew Hayson.
The property, described as having “bayside charm,” features two bedrooms at the front, a single bathroom, dining area, and a kitchen seamlessly connecting to the living space. The living area extends to a rear bricked courtyard on the 220sq m block, offering “intimate views over Iron Cove Bay.”
With Drummoyne’s median house price at $2.6 million, Greene’s house listing has garnered 1342 page views since hitting the market. Stirton, employed as the people and culture coordinator at MLC School Sydney, attended her first Brownlow Medal count with Greene in 2020. Both were educated at Melbourne’s Wesley College.

Following a standout season, Greene was named All Australian captain, becoming the first player from GWS to hold this position. While Greene makes his property move, it’s been relatively quiet on the real estate front for GWS since his former co-captain Stephen Coniglio purchased a 1940s duplex in Mosman for $2.9 million late last year. Coniglio and his wife, Rebecca Demlakian, announced their expectancy of their first child in May.
