Australian songstress Delta Goodrem is selling her Los Angeles home
IT WAS less than five years ago that Delta Goodrem decided to make a move Stateside, but now the Innocent Eyes singer could be returning down under for good.
The multi-award winning star and judge on Australia’s version fo The Voice has listed her five-bedroom, four bathroom Hollywood Hills home for $4.199 million ($AUD5.74 million). Goodrem reportedly paid $AUD2.3 million for the private residence in a gated estate 11km from the Hollywood sign.
According to the Realtor.com listing, the property has panoramic views and is on a “lushly landscaped lot just under 1 acre”.
