ACTOR Joy Smithers, best-known as a presenter in the early days of MTV in the 1980s, has listed her Botany home with $1 million hopes.
The three-bedroom cottage sits in gardens designed by her partner, former INXS manager Gary Grant.
It was bought in 2013 for $752,000.
There is a November 11 auction.
Smithers most recently featured in the Mad Max: Fury Road in 2015.
