A prominent Sydney real estate agent known for his ambition to accumulate wealth is now facing three charges of rape, one count of non-consensual sexual activity, and 12 counts of inappropriate physical contact.
Omar Lababidi, a 26-year-old married father of one, previously held the position of senior sales executive at Ray White’s Macarthur branch in the western part of the city. However, he was arrested and charged with a total of 15 sexual offenses, leading to a night spent in police custody. Subsequently, he was granted conditional bail in Campbelltown Local Court. The conditions of his bail included posting a $10,000 surety and reporting to Campbelltown Police Station three days a week.

Lababidi’s bail conditions also stipulated that he must not conduct open home viewings alone with female colleagues. Notably, he had a close working relationship with his younger brother, Mohamed, who also worked at the Macarthur franchise. Together, they frequently appeared in promotional materials and on the company’s social media platforms.
Ray White had taken steps to remove Lababidi’s presence from their website and social media profiles as of Thursday afternoon. A spokesperson for Ray White stated that Lababidi had been suspended from his position immediately upon the company learning of the allegations three months prior.
In June, Lababidi had achieved the rank of number five among the top 50 real estate agents in New South Wales, based on home sales. At that time, he expressed his enthusiasm for interacting with people and the unique daily challenges of his profession, particularly the satisfaction of helping first-time homebuyers.

Lababidi also participated in a podcast, the “relentless hustle podcast,” in July the previous year. During this interview, he touched on potential reputation-related issues, emphasizing that there are multiple perspectives in any situation and that negative reviews or complaints may not always reflect the full story. He also shared his early journey to homeownership, highlighting his strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
Lababidi’s case is scheduled to be discussed at Campbelltown Local Court on October 25.
