THE lower north shore is emerging as ‘the place to live’ in 2017

THE lower north shore is emerging as ‘the place to live’ in 2017, with TV stars, NRL legends and radio personalities all flocking to buy and rent leafy, water-side homes.

Celebrities and A-list wannabes have always had a soft-spot for the area, but things hit fever-pitch when pop-sensation Justin Bieber briefly called a Coronation Ave home earlier this year.

Now, shock jock Kyle Sandilands and his girlfriend Imogen Anthony seem to be enjoying their new digs on Burran Ave.

The perennial renters are paying top dollar to, according to the rental advertisement, “enjoy the crashing waves on the rocks beneath (the home’s) high majestic, unbeatable cliff top position”.
