A two-bedroom apartment in one of Sydney’s most notorious buildings was snapped up by a teenager for $215,000 above reserve on Saturday.
The young Canberra man outbid six other would-be buyers to secure 19/14 Blues Point Road — a third-floor apartment in the infamous Blues Point Tower in McMahons Point.
