Nigel Dews buys in Manly for $3.56 million

McGRATH board member Nigel Dews has bought in Manly.

He has paid $3.56 million for a freestanding beach house set on 300sq m with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a rear deck.

Clarke & Humel Manly agent Michael Clarke sold the home in 22 days.
