A BUDDS Beach property once earmarked as part of a site for Sea World has sold for around $2.5 million.
The property was scheduled to go to auction this weekend but the vendors were presented with an offer too good to refuse.
Ray White Prestige Gold Coast agent Glen Williams marketed the property but declined to confirm the sale price or comment on the transaction.
The late Phon and Margaret Blondell bought the 506sq m block in 1962.
