Music superstar Rihanna is not only working to grow her billion-dollar business with Fenty, she’s also building an LA compound.
Just three months after she scooped up a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate in the ritzy Beverly Hills, the singer has bought the house next door under her ‘Umbrella’ for a cool $12.8 million (US$10m) in a private sale.

Rihanna, who officially reigns as the world’s wealthiest female musician — is surpassing industry stalwarts like Beyoncé, Madonna, and Jennifer Lopez, according to Forbes — and is no longer shy about splashing her real estate cash around town.
Records reveal the Barbadian bought the house immediately next door to her latest purchase for $17.7 million (US$13.8m) in January this year.
