SWIMMING’S retired golden girl Stephanie Rice has sold her Paddington home prior to its scheduled auction on Saturday, February 20.
Four days earlier the Olympian posted on Instagram a message thanking Place – Paddington agents Tim Douglas and Scott MacDonald for making the sale.
Her “A-Team” of agents managed to offload the four-bedroom, three-bathroom property for an undisclosed price.
Rice purchased the home on Kennedy Tce, which unsurprisingly has a pool, in 2010 for $1.265 million.
