The wealthy Salteri family have put their high-net-worth name to yet another Sydney record just months after they bought Australia’s most expensive apartment, this time selling their Northbridge home for more than $20 million.
The suburb record smashes by more than 30 per cent the previous high of $15.25 million, set last year when Justin Reizes, former head of equities giant Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, sold his waterfront home to Jianwen Huang, from China.
