RAY WHITE gun agent Gavin Rubinstein has notched up almost $50 million worth of sales in just 19 days — that’s more than $2.5 million a day.
While most agents are reporting a slower market, 29-year-old Mr Rubinstein — who has been in real estate for a decade — is reporting his biggest month ever.
“While some people are promoting a lot of doom and gloom, I feel that the eastern suburbs property market is still in good shape,” he said.
