JOSH and Elyse may have taken home more than half a million dollars on The Block last night, but Nicole Jacobs was the other big winner.
The feisty Melbourne buyer’s agent scooped up three of the five properties up for auction, outbidding and outmaneuvering rival agent and Block veteran Frank Valentic from Advantage Property Consulting.
A tense back-and-forth between the pair saw Ms Jacobs come out on top in the bidding for Jason and Sarah’s house, which eventually sold for $3.007 million, $387,000 over the reserve, while a lack of strong counter-bidding scored her Sticks and Wombat’s house for just $130,000 over the reserve.
