Following his split with partner Amy Williamson of more than 20 years, comedian Wil Anderson has successfully sold his opulent property in Vaucluse, Sydney, for a price exceeding $4 million, as reported by Realestate.com.au. The two-bedroom house, built in 1910 and nestled on a 392 sqm plot, has seen Anderson make a substantial profit, having initially purchased it for $1.35 million in 2006.

With rumors swirling that he’s planning to return to his native Victoria after relocating to Sydney during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, Anderson decided to part ways with the property. His decision came in the wake of Amy Williamson’s legal issues; she appeared in Mullimbimby Local Court on September 6, charged with assaulting a police officer and entering a Not Guilty plea, with the case still pending.

Throughout his career, Anderson has amassed an array of stylish properties. In 2020, he reportedly acquired a four-bedroom residence on four hectares of land in Goonengerry near Byron Bay, valued at $1.9 million. The move proved challenging due to the unexpected timing caused by the Melbourne Comedy Festival’s rescheduling and the COVID-19 lockdown, which prevented them from seeking assistance, forcing Anderson to tackle mundane tasks like an entire day spent cleaning the barbecue.
