In a strategic move, Andrew, along with his brother Greg, is poised to transfer leadership responsibilities to dedicated long-time team members, Michael Andrews and Jordan Thams, both of whom have acquired equity in the residential division.

The transition will be executed immediately and will unfold progressively over the upcoming years. Additionally, Andrew Bell’s son-in-law, Matt Gates, a renowned name in the luxury residential property sector, will gradually assume ownership of the Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island offices.

As chief executive officer, Mr. Andrews will spearhead the residential sales operation, drawing from over a decade of experience, starting as the head of residential sales at RWSP to eventually becoming the chief operating officer of the Ray White Queensland Corporate division.

Mr. Thams, a standout performer at RWSP and one of the state’s leading sales agents with 17 years of service, will join Mr. Andrews in guiding the residential division.
