Jess Ingham, the billionaire heiress of the poultry empire, has listed her opulent residence at Woolloomooloo’s Finger Wharf, and it’s not due to any dissatisfaction with the breathtaking harbor and city vistas.

The apartment is in the exclusive “north” section of the Finger Wharf, with John Laws living downstairs and Russell Crowe upstairs in the northern tip of the building.

Her three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment, complete with double parking, is situated in the exclusive “north” building, just above the residence of John Laws, and is now available with a price guide of $15 million, represented by Di Wilson of Ray White Double Bay.

Jess Ingham and her second husband, Roger Zraika, are seeking a larger family home to accommodate their 10-month-old son, Nemer, and their seven-year-old daughter, Mimi.

This apartment is nestled within the exclusive “north” section of the Finger Wharf, with John Laws residing downstairs and Russell Crowe occupying the northernmost portion of the building.

Interestingly, it was Di Wilson who sold this 276-square-meter apartment to the granddaughter of Jack Ingham, co-founder of the Ingham’s Chicken empire, for slightly over $6 million seven years ago. Since then, she has undertaken several cosmetic enhancements.

Units in the north building of the Wharf, which boasts its own concierge, seldom change hands. Back in 2017, Russell Crowe briefly placed his palatial apartment on the market, directly above, with hopes of $30 million, and received an offer of $25 million. However, he ultimately decided to retain it.

Ingham’s apartment is bathed in sunlight, facing northwest, and offers sweeping views of Elizabeth Bay, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the city skyline in the distance.

The open-plan living and dining space, featuring herringbone oak flooring, is enveloped in floor-to-ceiling glass and opens up to a covered balcony, ideal for outdoor gatherings.

The three bedrooms feature walk-in wardrobes, and two of them have en-suite bathrooms, while there’s an additional separate bathroom.

Additional highlights include a study nook and air conditioning. Though the apartment does not include a boat berth, there is currently one available for purchase within the same building.
