Radio personality Kyle Sandilands and his wife, Tegan Kynaston, have acquired an impressive residence in Sydney’s Vaucluse, boasting stunning views of the harbor, Bridge, and city, for a price exceeding $13 million.
Insiders close to the couple disclosed their admiration for the privacy offered by the two-level, four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, complete with a pool and double garage. Situated just a brief four-minute drive from their previous rental near Nielsen Park, the property captured their interest.
The sales representative, Alan Fettes of Ray White Double Bay, declined to disclose the buyers’ identity but confirmed that the property was sold above the $13 million guide the previous Tuesday, preempting the scheduled auction on Thursday.
