The Yass Valley’s real estate sales and marketing arena is set for a significant makeover with the unveiling of Windrose Property on November 20.

Led by seasoned professionals in law, real estate, and marketing, Sam and Lauren McGregor, the firm is committed to prioritizing people and leveraging their business expertise to redefine the property buying, selling, and leasing process.

“We’ve based Windrose on a fundamental principle that has guided our actions for years: delivering exceptional service for good people,” asserts principal Sam McGregor. “It’s quite straightforward – when you prioritize people over transactions, exceptional outcomes become inevitable.”

Sam, formerly of MARQ Property in Dickson, has relocated to establish Windrose in Murrumbateman’s new Fairley Square, with Lauren serving as a director. With a deep understanding of the local market and a longstanding connection to the area, the pair emphasizes the firm’s dedication to community growth and enrichment.

“We want our clients to trust us for more than just executing a transaction,” Sam adds. “It’s about establishing connections, fostering trust, tailoring our approach to clients – their lives, goals, and dreams – and grasping the intricacies of what transforms a house into a home.”

Looking ahead, Lauren McGregor outlines Windrose’s mission to set the gold standard for client experiences by offering a comprehensive suite of property and business services under one roof. This approach aims to streamline the entire real estate process for both buyers and sellers.

According to Lauren, “It goes beyond mere buying and selling; it’s about delivering a seamless experience that accommodates each client’s unique needs.”

The Windrose team views the brand launch as a significant step in integrating into the fabric of the Murrumbateman and Yass Valley communities.

“For us, this is more than just a business; it’s our entire life. We live in this community, engaging in daily activities – shopping, dining, and recreating here,” Lauren notes. “Our goal is to welcome more individuals to a community we adore, supporting local businesses and contributing to the region’s ongoing growth.”

With 16 years of experience in the property business, the McGregors are confident in their journey toward establishing lasting client relationships.

“The key to building enduring connections is through honesty and delivering exceptional work for good people, fostering deep trust and often resulting in lasting friendships,” Sam concludes. “Our success is evident as we now handle the property transactions of family members, friends, and colleagues of some of our very first clients.”
