A BRISBANE apartment has just hit the market for a whopping $1.6 million less than it contracted for three years ago.
The New York-inspired penthouse on Adelaide Street in the city’s CBD sold for $4.5 million, but the deal fell through due to a contractual issue.
Place New Farm real estate agent Ben White told realestate.com.au the enormous offer came because the buyer had a particular affinity with the building.
