Omar Lababidi, a high-achieving real estate agent married with a young child, faces serious accusations of committing 15 sexual offenses against three women, with most incidents occurring during open house events over a two-year span.

At the age of 27, Lababidi held the position of senior sales executive at Ray White’s Macarthur branch in Sydney’s southwest until his arrest on August 30. Subsequently, he was charged with multiple offenses, including three counts of non-consensual sexual intercourse, one count of engaging in a sexual act without consent, and 11 counts of non-consensual sexual touching. It has been revealed that at least two of the alleged victims were his colleagues.

These alleged offenses transpired in various suburbs within the Macarthur region, with a significant number happening on Saturdays, a common day for real estate agents to conduct open houses for potential buyers.

Ten of the offenses, including all three rape charges, were reportedly committed against a single woman within a six-month period, spanning from December 10, 2022, to June 3, 2023. During one period, he allegedly committed four offenses against two different women over three consecutive weekends.

According to court documents, Lababidi allegedly engaged in sexual touching with the first woman on three separate occasions between July 1 and November 30, 2021, in Harrington Park, Gregory Hills, and Narellan. He is accused of sexually touching the second woman on November 19 and December 3, 2022, in Ruse and Ambervale. A week later, on December 10, he allegedly sexually touched a third woman at a property in Ingleburn.

On December 17, court documents indicate that he allegedly sexually touched the same woman twice on the same day in Mount Annan and St. Helens Park. On March 25, he is accused of sexually touching her in Leppington, engaging in a sexual act without consent in Oran Park, and committing rape in Gledswood Hills at a property that was up for sale at the time.

Two weeks later, on April 15, he allegedly groped her in St. Helens Park and is accused of sexually assaulting her in Horningsea Park. Lababidi is also accused of raping her for a third time on May 13 in Glen Alpine and sexually touching her in Narellan on June 3, the same day he was ranked as the fifth top real estate agent in New South Wales.

In an interview with News Corp, he previously expressed his enjoyment of interacting with people and the dynamic nature of his work. Ray White, his employer, disclosed that they suspended Lababidi from his position three months prior upon learning of the allegations.

Following his arrest on August 30, Lababidi was granted conditional bail at Campbelltown Local Court the following day. He was required to provide a $10,000 surety for his release and is obligated to report to Campbelltown Police Station three days a week. Additionally, he must reside at his $1.4 million Glen Alpine home, where he lives with his wife and young child. His bail conditions also stipulate that he is not allowed to conduct open house showings alone with female co-workers.

Lababidi left school during Year 10 and briefly pursued a career as a fitness instructor before following his passion for real estate. He often worked alongside his younger brother, Mohamed, who also held a position at the Macarthur franchise. The case is scheduled to return to Campbelltown Local Court on October 25.
